Richard's family left the country as refugees, and it is up to him to work hard to care for his wife, five children, and all of his extended family. As a nutrition nurse he has spent his whole career working for humanitarian organizations, including Doctors Without Borders, and now dedicates himself to the community of Nzara and CMMB.
